Setup Troubleshooting

If you have installed Unstoppable IPTV Player, IPTV Smarters or any other IPTV App and are having problems in setting up your user account or connection to Unstoppable IPTV, the issue can usually be resolved in one inputting your username, password and Portal URL, or the M3U URL, the first thing to do is check that you have entered all information exactly as shown in the Account Activation email we sent you.  You can also find account login details in your Client Portal.

  1. If you are getting an “Invalid Details or Expired Account”,  “Failed to Connect”, “Check Portal URL”, or any similar message after installing an IPTV Player App and inputting your username, password and Portal URL, or the M3U URL, the first thing to do is check that you have entered all information exactly as shown in the Account Activation email we sent you.  You can also find account login details in your Client Portal.
  2. If you’ve verified that your information is correct and the issue persists, try rebooting the device and your router and starting over.
  3. If the issue still persists, then next step is to uninstall and reinstall the app, and try again.
  4. If you are still unable to connect, it may be that Port 8080 is not open through your Router or is blocked at your ISP.  You can check this by going to this website: Open Port Check Tool and entering 8080 in the Port Number box.  If the result shows that the Port is not open, you will need to either contact your ISP to open Port 8080 or open the Port in your Router, and should be able to find instructions on doing so by Googling “Open Port on (the name and model number of your Router).
  5. You can verify that the issue is with the port being blocked by connecting using your cell phone connection, or if you don’t have a mobile hotspot you can install an IPTV player on your phone and connecting with the wifi disabled
  6. Lastly, if none of the above work and the Port is open through your Router, it may be a firewall blocking access to your IPTV Player App, and you will need to open your firewall and allow the app inbound and outbound access.

These are the most common issues we see, and in almost every case the problem is the result of one of the issues listed above

If none of the above solutions worked and you are still unable to access A1 IPTV, then we are at a complete loss as to what the issue might be and it is beyond our ability to troubleshoot further,  and will refund your money.
